The program is based on properties listed though the regular Real Estate cottage market as well as for sale by owners or any private sale. Through the program, CWV will provide:

1. Listings of properties that are on the market fitting the criteria
2. Group facilitation to select your dream cottage
3. Property showings
4. Property Inspection by professional inspector
5. Contractor costs of any work required
6. Price of fully furnishing the property.
7. Co-ownership and occupancy agreement
8. Bill payment Program

Ongoing property maintanance services and support will be provided for the property for a period of three years, after which the contract can be renewed.

In our program you know all of the costs associated with the purchase of your vacation property, and ongoing maintenance and support will protect your investment and give you peace of mind so you can enjoy your new lifestyle as a cottage owner.
